You can breathe easy. Tauren are a hunter-gatherer society. The cheese comes from Stormwind and Alterac Valley. (insert links to wowhead here... 'tis banned at work!)
There is no home grown agriculture amongst the tauren. Watch out for their Kefir drinks though!

Still, the thought of taurens eating cheese just seems WRONG somehow.
