Something I've noticed

Among blogs, a good chunk of the shaman and hunter bloggers I read have an alt, usually a main alt, of the other class.

Is it just me? Or do I just notice this more because I have a hunter main toon and a main alt shaman?

wow...when i read the post, i almost choked. i have a 70 hunter main/alt and a 70 shaman main/alt, both taurens on arathor server.

i have no other alts at all, though i have tried other classes i always end up deleting them.

hunter has cc and dps, resto shm has all that healing love, its a great combo, i usually have no problem finding a group w/ that combo in lfg channel, great blog!

Hehe, so it's not just me! I'm the same way — I can never seem to maintain interest in any class past about 30 (or lower), except for my hunter and now my shaman (who is creeping up on 50!). I'm holding out hope for a druid, but not holding my breath.

And thanks. :-D

Hmmm I wouldn't be surprised. I have a 70 hunter and a 67 shaman - they are great DPS solo classes.

And they both get a bonus to movement early on which was awesome back before the level 30 mount patch.

That is an excellent point. I know one big reason I wanted to level a shaman next was ghost wolf form. That might be why there are quite a few hunter/druid players out there, too — druids also got travel form early before the patch, didn't they?

Feral form druids got a speed boost via talents around level 20 or 22, then travel form at 30. I know that was one of my favourite pats of being a druid!

Speed boosts are nice. :-D But the absolute highest I've gotten a rogue is 27, and they have sprint.

Actually, I really like playing a rogue and running around as one, I just really dislike -fighting- as a rogue.
